Chemical peeling is a skin resurfacing procedure in which a chemical solution is applied to the skin to remove the top layers promoting collagen and elastin production. The skin that regenerates after a chemical peel is smoother and younger looking. The procedure is used to treat acne, scaring, fine lines and wrinkles, deep pores and pigmentations problems.

A number of treatments are often needed to treat the skin complaint. Often it is advised to have interim micro-needling treatments in between chemical peel sessions.

If the hair is superficial vellus hair, it will grow back at the same rate and texture as before the treatment.

During this fast, painless treatment, dead skin is removed from the epidermis, as well as vellus hair (peach fuzz). If you have a special event coming up then we recommend dermaplaning 3-4 days before the event, and a week before going on holiday, we also recommend to wear factor 50 sun cream on holiday.
